On the booking confirmation, Add to calendar downloads an event that starts at the booked time, Pune time

Booked for 18:00, but the calendar event starts at 23:30 (Asia/Kolkata).

  1. Navigate to a free booking slot for Maker Lab at 18:00
  2. Type “Proof of Done” into the “Name for the desk” field
  3. Click the “Confirm booking” button
  4. Address contains “/bookings/”
  5. the “You're booked” heading is visible
  6. Capture the booking code shown on the confirmation page
  7. Download the “Add to calendar” link: carrel-380AF4.ics
  8. The ics file contains “BEGIN:VCALENDAR”
  9. The ics file contains “BEGIN:VEVENT”
  10. The calendar event starts at 18:00 (Asia/Kolkata)

My phone reminds me 15 minutes before

A phone push notification cannot be observed by a browser; it requires a real device with the calendar app installed.

Joining asks for my name and shows my place in line

#4 Cancel a booking

My bookings has a Cancel button for each of my bookings

  1. Book a slot so My bookings is not empty
  2. Type “Proof of Done” into the “Name for the desk” field
  3. Click the “Confirm booking” button
  4. Address contains “/bookings/”

After cancelling, the booking is gone from My bookings and its slot can be booked again on today's grid

  4. Address contains “/bookings/”
  5. Remember the booking code
  6. Click the “See my bookings” link
  7. Address contains “/my”
  8. Cancel button is present before cancelling
  9. Click the “Cancel” button
  10. The booking code should no longer appear in My bookings
  11. Return to the rooms grid to verify the slot is free again
  12. The cancelled slot must be bookable again on today's grid
