Light table

Every issue Proof of Done has seen, with each verdict it got. Every night the scheduled light-table job replays the saved check of each proven issue against production, with no model involved. If one stops working, its issue reopens with that night’s frame.

Production was rolled back. The regression came from the last deploy, so the light table moved all traffic back to commit ab5705d, the last one every regressed issue was seen working on, at 7 Oct 2026, 22:57 IST. The issue stays open for a person to fix forward.

When a check regresses, each of tonight’s frames is laid over the last frame that held, and the sheet says how much of it changed. If the regression came from the last deploy, and only from it, production goes back to the commit it last held on, within a written policy.
