  3. Click the first free slot in Study Pod A
  4. Type “Proof of Done” into the “Name for the desk” field
  5. Click the “Confirm booking” button
  6. Confirm booking succeeded
  7. Return to the rooms grid to check the updated count
  8. Study Pod A's count must have changed — the old count text must no longer appear in that cell
